Need support request 2608200040009361 to be looked at

I created a previous support request on employment verification status, and they responded to me asking for domain and business verification documents. I sent the documents a week back as a reply to the email but haven't gotten any response back, I am attaching the documents I replied with.

I have been waiting for weeks, need someone from Microsoft to look at my support ticket and reply to me this is ridiculous that we are waiting this long.
