Hi Team,
I’m reporting the same issue with the Partner Center verification process. My identity verification shows as successful for a short period, then it reverts back to failed, creating a loop with no progress.
I have already completed both domain and identity verification multiple times, but the only guidance I receive is to submit the same documents again, which does not resolve the issue. The process is clearly not working as expected. This has been going well over a month with no positive support from the Microsoft Team.
Please assist in fixing this loop and advise on a proper solution.
