this is my 25th day and I still haven't received a response and you haven't even responded to me for the last 2 weeks. what a horrible and disgraceful system.... We are trying to grow here as companies, you don't even help your customers.

I have been over 150 days but the issue is still here. The company I worked is not accept to tolerate any waiting. The final solution is to buy the MS support sevice. It is about 1.8M NTD /yr.
I wish money is able to resolve any issues.

Money is not the solution. This team is not able to do anything to resolve the partner account issue. Give up or wait for about 1 year.
