Microsoft's Verification and Support System
I have the same problems with the wonky verification system.
It is completely unclear where the verification fails. I've requested a person to talk to, but no contextual response at all. So I am guessing the one answering the support mails is the same AI agent.
It is very frustrating and gives a lot of stress to go through this verification process.
Remind me to never change any legal info.
What happens when it fails indefinitely? Do you lose access to everything? As it is a core businness thing for me, I will be out of businness... And that is why I stress so much.
I hope someone, an actual person, can help with the process. Or tell us at least how to get an actual person on the other end of the support line. Going through support doesn't get you an actual person.

I'm afraid there is no call center for this or for support, all they have is the ticketing system. What is the messaging that support returned to you when you submitted a ticket?
this is my 25th day and I still haven't received a response and you haven't even responded to me for the last 2 weeks. what a horrible and disgraceful system.... We are trying to grow here as companies, you don't even help your customers.

I have been over 150 days but the issue is still here. The company I worked is not accept to tolerate any waiting. The final solution is to buy the MS support sevice. It is about 1.8M NTD /yr.
I wish money is able to resolve any issues.
It was literally the copy paste response, requested action in the interactive account verification experience. So, my guess it was an automated lookup and response by an AI agent.
Once again, poorly implemented AI hurts the bottom line. Look at the roll back that Klarna is now doing with it's customer service and support department. It doesn't work (yet?).it looks like they don't use ai everywhere, they still approve people for this place. i waited 4 DAYS for approval when i sent this post. what a disgraceful system.
Yes, it is a very bad situation that such a big company has deficiencies with support. Have you solved your problem?
