MAICPP Employment Verification Rejected

I created MAICPP account but it was rejected at teh verification stage. The message says, "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. There are no appeals available, we have closed your application. If you decide to reapply, please review the information at https://aka.ms/PartnerVerification to ensure you meet the latest requirements. This is on the following URL: https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/account-settings/organization/legalinfo/vetting/partner"

I provided all the information requested including Entity Filing documents, EIN, Fictitious Business Name(FBN) etc. The reason it was rejected was probably due to the Ficticious Business Name. I provided the documents showing how the legal entity filed for FBN and also created the email domain. 

I submitted a ticket 2608220010000633 but I havent received any response yet. Can somebody help check the status on this? JillArmour​ please help!
