Are you aware that you are posting this in a forum section where most participants are frustrated about what Microsoft is doing?
I do not think it's the right time nor is this the right place to ask for "experience".
People here would like to see that Microsoft hires appropriate staff to fix their problems and not Microsoft pushing them to change their Business information, or asking the same over and over.
Microsoft should learn from the mistakes it has done here instead of telling users to modify their official business information that microsoft can enter them into their faulty Partner Portal system.
