Identity Verification works for Partner but not for Developer???

I just changed my email address under Legal Info Partner and Developer.

First of all the Identity Verification under Partner also gave us the Fix Now button, however pushing it did not forward us to an external website. Pushing it indeed fixed the problem and authorised us immediately as "Partner"

Secondly we also got the Fix now button under Developer here it opens a link to a website where it says authorisation denied

So Partner Identity verification is okay - and Developer Identity verification is not okay.

Can someone at Microsoft (or can someone trigger your outsourced departments) just copy paste the Partner Identity verification code to the developer identity verification?
