How to create a partner support ticket without access to your partner account

Submit the support ticket by selecting "Accounts Settings" or "Enrollment" workspace/category. 

Below is the one from partner.microsoft.com -> Support Partner Center

    Hi Jill

     

    I have a MS partner network portal that is broken once I log into it, the support AI is not working. So the above process does not work.

    It says I dont have admin access (Im the only user and definitely was admin) If I request admin access - it emails me on the same email address saying that I have requested admin access!
    I cannot log a support ticket in the Microsoft partner network web site - because it says I dont have admin access!! 

    Trying to lodge a support ticket over the phone - it says to log in to my partner portal.
