Employment verification

Hello,

unfortunately I (like many others apparently too) only get the message from employment verification that the verification has been rejected, although I have submitted all the necessary documents several times.

Apparently, a WHOIS from DENIC, where all the necessary data is entered appropriately, is not sufficient!

And yes, there is both the right company, me as the contact person and my e-mail address stored, just as the data is also entered in the Partner Center. Address data is also identical!

 

I've already opened a ticket, but it's not moving forward there either! You just go around in circles and it always starts all over again! I have no idea what kind of documents are still required if even a WHOIS query is not enough!

  • SBetken hello! This isn't a support portal, the best way is to go through support. Now that being said and reading all you issues above it seems you have tried this multiple times. What is the messaging support is sending you with the rejection?
