Employment Verification Rejected - Fix Now button doesn't fix anything
Hi guys!
I started developing in VBA years ago in Excel, than VSTO, and now I would like to publish a few add-ins on the official online Store. I worked hard to develop them and they work just fine. I think my add-ins are going to be a great benefit for all Microsoft users but I cannot publish them because the Employment verification doesn't go through.
I have copy-pasted the company details from WHOIS
I have set email address removed for privacy reasons email
I have done the authentication with the ID gov third party useless thing
I press on Fix Now and nothing happens
and my question is: why? Why it is so complicated? I am trying to give away free add-ins that on Google would be already approved and here I cannot even validate my account! Why am I forced to have 3 different account and still not being verified?
I have a hotmail.com (personal), @myCompnay.onmicrosoft.com (because I was forced to), and now in the Action Center I tried to login, non of them worked. I tried to sign up, none of them worked. I registered with my @gmail.com and of course it bugged greatly:
Why it is so bureaucratic with a bunch of accounts, verifications and levels? Why it is not simple as the equivalent of Google?
I contacted the customer assistance. They didn't help much, I am still stuck
I have spent, by far, much more time trying to get approved, and failing, than developing the add-ins. Do you think it is normal? Do you think it can be beneficial for the community? Do you think it is going to benefit the users? Do you think that taking a lot of time to even not be approved is going to help?
I just want to publish my add-ins and it shouldn't be that complicated on the first place

These thresholds of verification are for everyone's protection and security. I do agree the process is lacking and I'm sorry you have had a poor experience like so many other partners. This forum is not meant to be an extension of support, but maybe I can help you figure out what needs to be changed by the messaging support has sent you?
What did they say? Have you tried Appealing your rejected account?
