Employment Verification endless loop of rejection. and cycle
Despite multiple attempts, I find my application is rejected at the employment verification stage with no clear indication of what the problem might be or how to resolve it.
Unfortunately, there are no error messages or notifications to guide me on what might be causing the issue. I have also contacted Microsoft Partner support, but I am yet to receive a response.
Now team reply me "As per Standards Review, the documents you have provided are not sufficient to complete the verification process".
I provided the domain invoice and all required documents with all the required criteria but it still gets rejected.
Now I am seeking the support from your side for resolution.
Im also stucked in the same loop like you i have created more then 3 tickets and now they gave me the same response, it is a frustrating process, support is terrible can anyone help us with that please? im trying to enroll in csp but unable to do so please someone help us.

Now it has happened to me. Trade register extract, domain invoice, three tickets, etc. After over 20 years, Microsoft suddenly doesn’t want me anymore. But they accepted the money! What’s going on?

Wasnt an issue untill I signed up to the CSP program. I truely wish I hadnt bothered. I have been round and round and round. I have submitted every document under the sun. Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Incorporation, Letter on headed paper, DUNS certificate, Bank Statements. I just constantly get back that "the documents do not match the information you entered for your account"
I raise support tickets, I email, they dont read them properly, they just send a standard response back. The portal doesnt work properly, it displays conflicting information. The Fix Now buttons dont work. I get an email stating my CSP is verified but my MPN ID isnt. Then I check on the portal and it says both are unverified. So how can they send an email saying its verified and then the portal says it isnt. I email and ask, they respond with "the documents do not match the information you entered for your account"
I ask them on email please be clear about what you want changing, they respond with "the documents do not match the information you entered for your account"
They are like particularly dim robots. They havent a clue, and they dont care. This is what happens when you outsource.
I am utterly tired of the whole thing and seriously just considering ditching the entire partner program. Who needs the constant stress and mental anguish!
