I have seen many partners posting about this in the community. johannkortsch hello! Sorry for your troubles here. Some have had luck deleting their accounts and starting fresh. You can also try to submit a support ticket. I didn't see that you had tried that yet. Apologies for the delay, I had to track down the right team to help.😀I have talked with the Sr. Business program manager, and this is their response: The Membership workspace shows up in Partner Center once a partner is 1) enrolled in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, 2) the account is verified, and 3) the user has the Partner Admin role. If the tile isn’t visible, partners should check their program enrollment, account verification, and user roles before reaching out to support. I checked Partner Center and saw the Membership tile displayed. Let me know if you have additional questions.
