You have to change your business name in your partner account to match your domain paperwork. Match it EXACTLY (if it's in caps make it all in caps, if there is a .com add the the .com to the name of your business. You should pass verification quickly after that.

    Thanks for your reply.

    As mentioned in my previous post all my details are set to be exactly the same as shown in the Legal Info section and I still can't get verified. I've had our CSP double-check this too and they were satisfied that all the information was to Microsoft's standards.

      What does your domain paperwork have as a registered name? 

      What do you have registered in your partner account?
