Business Verification

I am trying to become a MS partner and i have made it through email ownership and employment verification but I am stuck on Business verification.  they asked for more information which i gladly provided over 2 weeks ago.  at this point I am reaching out to see if anyone can help with this or knows a way i can just remove everything and start over.
