Absolutely, Jill!
To be honest, the most important thing was being able to get in touch with a community manager like yourself (thank you again for all of your help)!Once that happens and the escalation process begins, partners facing similar issues should be prepared to provide a clear, detailed overview of their situation and all supporting documentation (emails, ticket requests, screenshots, etc.). They will have to communicate with multiple Microsoft Representatives, potentially across different segments of the business, and ensure all are presented with the correct information on their circumstances.
Once that happened, it was a coordinated effort between our organization and the Microsoft Representatives to remediate the issues with our application. Communication was timely and representatives often followed up every few days. It was a great experience once we were able to get in contact!
