Address tied to DUNS number not verifiable
I've been trying to sign up for the Windows developer program but the address associated to my DUNS number cannot be verified by Microsoft. I also can't enter a different address manually because the button doesn't do anything, please see attached screenshot. This won't let me move past the Company Information page. The address is correct, the company is registered there.
I also can't file a support ticket because I don't have a workspace to attache the ticket to. This whole process seems to be broken. How do I proceed?

The DUNs search is completely broken. It won't return a result no matter what you search. If you check the api response when doing the duns search it shows:

So yeah, MS needs to fix their D&B integration and get their account working again- JillArmourMicrosoft

I don't know anything about this issue. I searched and found some other posts around DUNS issues. Maybe you will find a resource link in one of those posts?
