While typing an email the email goes to the bottom of the screen as a draft

- I too have this issue of outlook doing random things when I start to reply to type in the draft. I have read that it may have to do with shortcuts. However, several not so happy people said that they turned off their shortcuts.
Then, voila! AI gave me the generated answer: this is often due to a slow internet. Not sur why that should make your outlook jump to a totally different part of the draft or archive the info you were trying to send, but it's plausible.
Ai to the rescue. Wait a moment before you start to type that draft so the internet and servers can catch up.
