What's the easiest way to collect 360 feedback without manually emailing people?
Our HR team wants to build a 360-degree feedback mechanism into our Outlook app and we definitely don't want it to involve manually e-mailing people or sending out Microsoft Forms. Are there any automations we can set up in outlook or maybe native apps we might use that you all know?

There are definitely ways you can do this and you can defintely rig your 360 feedback templates to be sent automatically at certain intervals or after certain conditions are met through power automate. That being said, you might be served better with an MS native tool that is dedicated to 360 feedback. We had similar decisions to make regarding our reviews and feedback and went with Teamflect. It does indeed automatically send feedack templates as e-mails or as Teams messages depending on where you use it. You can give it or one of the many other apps in the app store a shot before trying to set up a custom automation yourself.
You mean you want to add something to Outlook to reach these people but not use email? Like a permanent feedback link or something?
One way to do it would be to publish the URL of the feedback form as a tile in the app launcher;
