Unable to perform HttpPost in o365 Connector Card actions mobile client in MS Teams

I am unable to make a "HttpPost" call using o365 Connector Card in mobile client of MS Teams.It is not even calling the URL of the button in o365 Connector Card.

Is it possible to do it from android ? If yes can someone share the reference for the same.
