synch outlook between ios device and windows

The user name on microsoft products (office) is a gmail account.

I am trying to sync between the pc and ios device. (iphone X)

the problem is that the phone sync with google calander.

and the pc wont synch with the phone/google calander.

I would like to synch automaticly between the outlook ios app and the outlook for windows. witout the google calander.
