shared mailbox: status and person markers

Hello.

We have a mailbox in the company for several employees like info@mycompany. Now the employees should be able to mark e-mails with their name and assign a status such as in process or done. These markings should be visible to all other employees who also use the mailbox. Is this possible?

You can use categories or folders to signify who an email is assigned to. You can create a category or folder with the assignees name and either move an email into their folder or add their category to the email to signify assignment. To track if an email has been resolved, you can also create categories such as open, pending, or closed.
