one of us! one of us!

yes - I too have the same issue with Outlook. I raised a support ticket, the customer service rep was very helpful and tried some troubleshooting, in the end I attached some logs and they've closed my ticket now.

I guess if enough of us raise support tickets and flag it up, the devs will (should?!) notice and implement some fix. 🤞

I'm having the same problem.   My personal email account is fine, but I can't delete the email account for my former employer.  Selecting "manage account" hangs at "Loading..."

        This worked for me:

        1. Put the user back to the old outlook
        2. close outlook
        3. delete this folder: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Olk
        4. Start old outlook
        5. switch to new outlook.

Exact same issue, Uninstall/Repair/Reset of the WindowsApp does not fix anything.

I figure there is a cache somewhere that can be cleared just haven't found it.

I have the exact same problem.

Trying to open the "Manage Account" window produces the exact same behaviour ...

Because of that bug, I cannot remove my old account from previous company. Outlook keeps asking for password from tiem to time .... painful.

Tried all suggested fix (update, clearcahche, start outlook in safe mode). Nothing works ...

I manage to remove the account in the (old) Outlook but it stays present in the New Outlook !

This is a basic feature guys !
