Sent emails from shared mailbox

Question

When in the shared mailbox sent folder I can't seem to customise a view that would show/table which user actually sent the email.

There must be a way to have this in a view somewhere, I have tried every option but with no luck

Hi&nbsp;0131ash,&nbsp;try to do the following:&nbsp;View &gt; Current View &gt; View Settings &gt; Columns &gt; All Mail fields and select the "Changed By" field.&nbsp;&nbsp;

That unfortunately doesn't work as it is only listing the shared mailbox name and not the individual staff name who sent the email from the shared mailbox
