Sent emails from shared mailbox
When in the shared mailbox sent folder I can't seem to customise a view that would show/table which user actually sent the email. There must be a way to have this in a view somewhere, I have tried ...
Hi 0131ash,
try to do the following:
View > Current View > View Settings > Columns > All Mail fields and select the "Changed By" field.
That unfortunately doesn't work as it is only listing the shared mailbox name and not the individual staff name who sent the email from the shared mailbox
