Sent emails from shared mailbox
When in the shared mailbox sent folder I can't seem to customise a view that would show/table which user actually sent the email. There must be a way to have this in a view somewhere, I have tried ...
Hi 0131ash,
try to do the following:
View > Current View > View Settings > Columns > All Mail fields and select the "Changed By" field.
- That unfortunately doesn't work as it is only listing the shared mailbox name and not the individual staff name who sent the email from the shared mailbox
