Search not returning results (after repairing index) when using "subject Field and Message Body"

I repaired the index -  before I had 114,000 records, now only 97,000 records.  When searching using "subject Field and Message Body"  no results are returned.

I don't understand why nearly 20,000 records have been dropped .

I repaired index 2 x  I also changed file location,   no improvement... 

What to do??
