Quick Parts in New Outlook or OWA
Hello, i want to use quick parts in the new outlook desktop app or in the owa, but can't find it anywhere. Any help would be very much appreciated.
I just switched to new outlook and noticed they don't call it Quick Parts anymore. It is now a template. You can find it in Outlook as you compose an email. On the ribbon, go to Insert-Apps-Mytemplates. A screen pops up and you can add a template with the plus sign at the bottom of the popup screen. +Template. Copy and paste what you want for your template and you can give it a name too.
UNFORTUNATELY, IT HAS A MAX SIZE/SPACE LIMIT, SO BASICALLY USELESS.
