Private mails to shared mailbox

Hello We do have Exchange 2010 and Outlook (Office ProPlus) Version 1708. Private Messages are not shown on shared mailboxes. What could be the reason. Delegation has been done without success. ...

It's not just delegation - you have to make sure to toggle the "delegate can see my private items" option. Then re-add the shared mailbox if it's already added in Outlook.

Thank you for your answer.

It works on Windows 7 and Webmail works. But on Windows 10 and Office 2016 the mails do not Show up.

Hello

I found a Workaround. Disabling caching of shared Mailbox. That worked for the user.

Still this is not a solution.
