Prioritize My Inbox with Copilot

I recently got to try out Microsoft 365 Copilot’s Prioritize My Inbox in both New Outlook and Classic Outlook—and honestly, it’s a game-changer!

I was away for a few weeks, so when I came back, my inbox was a mess. Important emails were tangled up with calendar invites and lower-priority messages that hadn’t been pushed to the Other tab.

That’s when I switched the sort order to Priority. Instantly, Copilot grouped my emails into High, Normal, and Low categories. It was like having an AI assistant do the sorting for me. Even without any extra training, it did a surprisingly good job highlighting what really mattered.

The best part? I saved about an hour of digging through my inbox and could focus on the messages that needed my attention first.
