OWA Notification

We have users who roam across non persistent Virtual desktops(Horizon), and every time they land on a new VM they have to open their settings in OWA to enable web notifications.

We are able to roam the allow list setting in Edge, but there's a separate switch in the OWA settings and we're having trouble finding where that is stored so we can have it roam. We'd like clarification of exactly where this setting is stored(locally in appdata, registry, or on the cloud?)
