Outlook for Mac new Look sync mail issues

In the last couple weeks, we are facing issues with mail synchronization while using the new outlook’s view in Mac.

From what I’ve observed, once we are changing the outlook’s view back to its old version like the following from the outlook client : (Help -> Revert to Legacy Outlook).

Outlook is starting to work fine once again, and all the issues it had until this moment are getting solved.

Can you please provide a fix for that? or any KB with that issue is WW and open?

    Hello,

    Seems like office 16.60 is kinda solve the issue.
    Update your office suite to the latest version to fix the new look issue.

      Hi there,
      Can you please share if you are syncing Exchange online mailboxes (Microsoft 365 ) or IMAP/POP from different providers (Gmail, Yahoo...)?

    Avr00m I see exactly this issue too. Once the old version catches up, I can switch back and see the new look version working fine for a few hours before it fails again

      I have lots of cases on this in my organization,On various MacOS versions, all with the same issue.
      Also an ongoing case with Microsoft Support - With no special suggestions from their end as of now. Although i hope they will give this attention or at least communicate this with us we are not dogfood 😄
