Outlook for Android no longer grouping contact info...
I have exactly the same issue on my OnePlus 10T.
I have already followed the same steps mentioned by the original poster, including reinstalling the app, checking permissions, enabling contact sync, reviewing battery settings, clearing cache, and verifying the account configuration, but the problem is still there.
This seems to have started very recently. In my case, I first noticed something was wrong because all my contact photos suddenly disappeared. After that, it became clear that the contacts were no longer being listed properly, and instead the app started showing fragmented contact information rather than the normal contact view.
At this point, this does not look like an isolated configuration issue. It looks like a real bug affecting Outlook on Android.
Microsoft needs to acknowledge this problem publicly and provide an estimated date for when a fix will be released.

I'm going to add more input to the problem description:
If i edit one of the affected contacts from my phone (in the Outlook app, not the phone's native contact app) - the app says "updated" but doesn't actually modify the contact; neither on the phone itself nor to the cloudIf i edit one of the non-affected contacts (in the Outlook app, not the phone's native contact app) - the change applies immediately and replicates back to the cloud almost as fast
If i add a new contact (from inside the outlook app on my phone, not the phone's contact app) - the contact will be created and is modifyable from within the Outlook for android client, but does not replicate back to the cloud.
