Outlook Export to CSV file, Categories Missing

Issue is as follows:

 

Export SharedMailbox Inbox(or any Inbox) to CSV file and import to Excel, this has been successful except:
>>Cannot export Flag Status Category

>>Cannot export Email Creation Date/Creation Time

These categories exist, however within the Shared Mailbox Inbox and the Personal Inbox the functionality is not availiable to export these Categories.

Can we powershell it?
