Outlook desktop rules

Im using outlook desktop.

I would like to add a rule that searches for specific words.

The problem is that I have a list of <100 of these words.

Is there any way to inject those words by a delimited list or similar (word1, word2, word3) or similar so I don't have to add the word one by one?
