Outlook calendar sync to native iphone calendar app

Whenever i add a calendar of a colleague to my calendar in Outlook then the calendar of this person is also added to the native calendar app on my iphone.

But when another colleague is doing the same in Outlook then the calendar is not added to the native calendar app on his iphone.

What setting is influencing this behaviour?
