Outlook - "No Previewer Installed" for PSD

Adobe Photoshop files can be previewed by Windows Explorer (if PSD saved with default preview settings). Is there a way to have Outlook desktop app be able to preview PSD attachments like it can JPEG, PNG, etc.?

My Outlook: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2201 Build 16.0.14827.20198) 64-bit

I send and receive a lot of PSD files and this is a great need. Example of what I see with a PSD attachment:
