That’s normal in Outlook 2016 — “Messages in this Conversation” isn’t a true exact subject match; it uses hidden conversation IDs, which can sometimes group unrelated emails. There’s no fix, but you can work around it by using Advanced Find with Subject = "exact text" or switching to Search Folders for stricter filtering.
