Outlook – fetch remote content (images in html in email) before going offline for a while (airplane)

Hi,

Been coming to the techcommunity for a while now.  This is my first post!

Product: Outlook 365 subscription.

I have a long flight coming up and the carrier has a poor record of internet connectivity.  I would like to have my images which are linked in HTML code of the email to show up (pre-download).

Been searching and have found nothing relevant sans print every email to a pdf which is time consuming and probably will turn into a filing nightmare.

For context - imagine an email from your favorite store promoting a new product in the body of the email.

Example snippit from html source of email:

                <a href="https://somewebsite.com/link.html" target="_blank" style="outline:none;"><img src="http://somewebsite.com/ImageIwantToSeeOnPlane.jpg" width="290" style="border-width:0; width:100%; max-width:290px; height:auto; display:block;"></a>

                <div style="line-height:10px;" class="lhfix">&nbsp;</div>

There must be some option hidden somewhere to cache the images for X time.  What I discovered by testing was even after I open an email with an internet connection and save the page – once I close message and disconnect from the internet – reloading the same email comes up without those images even within several minutes!

It should also be noted that outlook 2016 is also available for my use.

Thanks,

Eddie
