New Outlook/OWA Text Unreadable on Black Background

Just noticed last night using new Outlook on my personal computer, and now today using it at work, there is an issue that causes dark colored text to be unreadable on a black background. This seems to be impacting Outlook on the web and the new Outlook on Windows. Switching to traditional Outlook shows the text normally. It's as if the client is failing to recognize that dark background is on so it's not flipping the color to make it readable.
