New Calendar appointments not showing immediately

Step by step reproduction:

- Create a new Appointment

- The new Appointment is not showing up

- After "refreshing" the page by switching to eg. Emails and back to calendar the appointment shows up

Office 2021 and Exchange 2019 in use.

Is there a solution for this problem?
