New Account is blocked

Hi, I need to ask about it. Have you used some of your Microsoft emailboxes for higher than regular emails sending? For example, have you set it up in a backuping software for giving you notifications when backup was finished and that notification was sent from that emailbox to your another emailbox?

If all else fails, get a trusted friend or relative in another location to try and do the create for you. Make sure they put an "Email a code" 2nd verification on the account. You'll need it when you try to logon for the first time from a different location.
