Mobile app Sub folder notifications

I’m developing a smart Outlook add-in that helps users keep their mailboxes organized.

We’ve been exploring ways to help Outlook users see where their emails are automatically moved, especially when rules or other add-ins silently sort messages into subfolders.

Here’s a prototype of a daily mailbox summary — it shows which emails were moved, when, and to which folders.

At this stage, Soursa (our Outlook add-in) operates under delegated permissions, so to generate such a report you’d simply open the add-in, select a period, and request the summary manually.

In the future, with application permissions, this report could be generated automatically and delivered once a day.
