How do I set my default "From" email address in the Outlook app for android?
Hi there,
I've changed my default "from" email address on outlook.com, however when I use the Outlook app for android, my from email address defaults to the email address I use to sign in, which is not the account I want to send mail from. I would like my sign-in email and my "from" email to be different. I was able to set this up properly on outlook.com under the sync mail settings using the steps at the following link:

and it now defaults to the correct "from" email address on the web, but I cannot figure out how to do this on the outlook app.
Any thoughts?

- I'm having this exact issue. I can select my from address on the web version, but when I send from the Android app it comes from something like email address removed for privacy reasons, I need to be able to select my from address from my alias list in the Android app as well
Problem still live. Cant find a solution exept change the from email drop down menu for every emeil sent.. That kind of defeat the purpose of a "secret alias" thats only for sign in.
