failing to laod page after login

On 6/27/2023 my OWA outlook failed to load to due to an ErrorUnexpectedFailure. It this is a server side Microsoft issues, who do I inform and what actions do I take for resolution as the refresh page failed to generate a remedy. Am I just suppose to wait or where do I go?
I got the same problem today, Did anyone get a response on how to fix this?

Has this issue been resolved? I have yet to find a solution to this problem after two days of trouble shooting. For a small moment it came back yesterday and I was able to physically see into my email and then it redirected back to the error page. I have followed all steps that have been suggested and nothing has worked. Getting very frustrated as there are very important work emails I need to attend to.
- As far as I am concerned, yes it has. It took several hours, but eventually Microsoft cleared the problem.
vgoudreault its not fixed for me - but only for outlook calendar on chrome
- It also doesn't work for me from PC (different browsers).
From iphone works.
What about it ?

Looks like they fixed it. I refreshed my page and now Outlooks loads up properly.
In here the main problem might be that the error page suggested course of actions hinted that users might be able to do something ("try to refresh page") that could not achieve anything; as opposed to acknowledge that there was a problem that should be fixed in the server side and to provide an estimate for the resumption of service.

Problem:
After entering the identifiers my hotmail box does not open and a message appears. This happened my open mailbox and firefox was updating and I had just plugged in my smartphone to retrieve photos. since, despite cc cleaner, norton control and password reset, it does not open but I can access my microsoft account but even there it does not open

I googled a bit more and came across a few instances where the explanation for the failure was attributed to office.365 (which I am not even using, go figure). So this is Microsoft that has a problem that needs fixing.
Google this "outlook system.formatexception startupdata server error 500" (or variations using some of the error message tokens) and see the links that pop up.
I access my emails using my Android tablet. I am even trying to install Outlook on an Android emulator I am running on my PC, and although it is slow as a snail, I think that it might work (right now, it seems bogged down with "Setting-up your account..." ).
