failing to laod page after login

Has this issue been resolved? I have yet to find a solution to this problem after two days of trouble shooting. For a small moment it came back yesterday and I was able to physically see into my email and then it redirected back to the error page. I have followed all steps that have been suggested and nothing has worked. Getting very frustrated as there are very important work emails I need to attend to.
As far as I am concerned, yes it has. It took several hours, but eventually Microsoft cleared the problem.
