Emails Showing with Black backgrounds while NOT in dark mode?
New to the discussion forum but couldn't find anything about this online that wasn't years old already. We're using new outlook and there are emails that we've been getting (both tests of our own ...
Do you have just one email account in New Outlook or many/few of them? One thing I've noticed with some glitches in New Outlook is to try removing the account and adding it back in. Or if that doesn't work, then try updating Windows and see if that fixes it. There is little I've found online myself to fix odd glitches but to try removing accounts, adding back in. Let know if this helps and please update us if find another option that works.
