Email messages in Hebrew align to the left instead of to the right.

I work with outlook 365 in Hebrew on Windows 10. I receive email messages from android cellular phones of different people in Hebrew. The problem is that the text align to the left instead of the right. Punctuation are get mixed and its impossible to read...

When sending emails from outlook app on cell phones it works OK. But most people don't have outlook on their cell phones.

Many people are working from home now... and using their phones to interact.
