Email from “Kenzie Brooks” in my inbox but the email is …
mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons
an email address “outlook_6720859FBEB7B349@outlook.c0️⃣m”
I cannot reply to the email.
I would like to know if anyone knows what/how this person was able to email me with such a bizarre email, yet maintained her name for the header.
is this a hack or something more nefarious?

Hi Mbaldy,
Here is how those odd emails are explained by me to clients with them. Back in the old days, people had email accounts that functioned and around 2017, Microsoft changed their servers, so those numbers replaced their email addresss on the web. I see it often, still to this day. That email can log in to Microsoft, but email will be sent from that oddball email.
If you know the person, you can try to contact them to tell them. If not, then delete it, that account got hacked into somehow.
