Duplicate emails in INBOX
I have emails being auto-forwarded from a business Rackspace IMAP account. Every once in a while I received an email from another Outlook user that duplicates even if I read it or delete it...it sti...
Here are the steps to disable leave a copy of the message on the server.
Open Outlook on your computer
Click on the File tab option
Now, click on the Info option >> Account Settings.
Go to the E-Mail tab.
Select your account and click on More Settings.
Now, click on the Advanced tab and uncheck the Leave a copy of the message on the server.

Maybe a similar issue. I have multiple/duplicate emails in my Inbox. I have tried Clean-Up to remove all duplicates. Besides going through the whole email folder and deleting each one separately is there another way? Accessing the email server only shows one of the thread.
