Conditional Formatting to New Outlook Calendar

Calendar Conditional formatting in New Outlook is currently in development. The rollout is scheduled for July 2026. Check the roadmap for date changes. 

As a workaround, try assigning a category to an event. You can also filter by category and save up to 3 views.

Users can now apply basic conditional formatting rules to the calendar in new Outlook, allowing events and appointments to be color-coded based on sender, location, attendees, and more.
